<h1>Holodomor Memorial Museum Kiew / Kiev / Kyiv</h1>

In addition to the newly inaugurated Holodomor memorial it is planned to build a museum and documentation center. 2.5 km southeast of Khreschatyk, Kyiv’s main boulevard, the project site is located in Pechersk, a district in city center of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv.
Situated in the bosky, hilly banks of Dnipro River and embedded in the generous green belt going along with it, the site overlooks the stream and the eastern part of the city beyond from high above.
Moreover the site is characterized by the proximity to the Kyiv-Pechersk Fortress and the Kyiv Caves Monastery, or Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, an ancient monastery complex that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage. </p>
